The Company warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months / 2000 KM (1243 miles), whichever comes first, except for complimentary items ( fender, rail guard, nylon carrying handle) and battery pack. Foot mats and tires are warranted for 6 months / 1000 KM (622 miles).

1. We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

2. All refunds minus any shipping/restocking fee will be processed after an evaluation process.

3. Consumers need to provide proof of purchase (payment proof, purchase time, purchase channel)

4. After returning to the warehouse, the administrator will check and confirm that the product has no damage or traces of use. The refund will be made within 7 working days. The buyer needs to provide the returned account.

5. All products shipped to Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, UAE, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico and Vietnam are non-returnable.
