If you wish to return some items, please send an email to email@example.com. and attached with photos and videos. Our staff will provide the return address and contact information after confirmation. Please note that once ridden, we cannot accept returns for any Gosmilo.
- We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 14days of delivery.
- All refunds minus any shipping / restocking fee will be processed after an evaluation process.
- Consumers need to provide proof of purchase (payment proof, purchase time, purchase channel)
- After returning to the warehouse, the administrator will check and confirm that the product has no damage and traces of use, and the refund will be made within 7 working days. The buyer needs to provide the returned account.
- All products shipped to Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, UAE, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico and Vietnam are non-returnable.
