If you wish to return some items, please send an email to and attached with photos and videos. Our staff will provide the return address and contact information after confirmation. Please note that once ridden, we cannot accept returns for any Gosmilo.

  1. We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 14days of delivery.
  2. All refunds minus any shipping / restocking fee will be processed after an evaluation process.
  3. Consumers need to provide proof of purchase (payment proof, purchase time, purchase channel)
  4. After returning to the warehouse, the administrator will check and confirm that the product has no damage and traces of use, and the refund will be made within 7 working days. The buyer needs to provide the returned account.
  5. All products shipped to Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, UAE, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico and Vietnam are non-returnable.
